What is check in/check out time?
Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am.

Is the hotel entirely non-smoking?
Yes, the hotel is non-smoking.
How much do you charge for high speed/wifi internet access?
IHG Rewards members receive complimentary wifi during every stay. If you prefer not to enroll in IHG Rewards when connecting to the internet, you may choose to pay the $38 daily amenity fee + tax, of which wifi is included.
Do you offer room service? What are the hours?
Not currently. You can order food to-go and take it back to your room.
Do you charge a resort fee?
Yes. A daily charge of $38 + tax resort fee includes:

Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
We have Treadmills, elliptical, universal gym & free weights. You can visit the fitness center anytime, it is open 24 hours.
Do you have a pool?
We have two pools located at the hotel. One on the lobby level and coming soon, one on the 8th floor rooftop.
Do you have a business center?
We do not have a business center, however our concierge would be happy to assist with anything you need.
Do you have a spa?
We do not have a spa, however, we welcome our guests to utilize the facilities and services at Heavenly Spa at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, located within walking distance of our property. Additional fees apply.
Reservations
Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Certainly! We allow cribs and playards at no additional charge. We do not allow rollaway beds.
What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Cancel 48 hours in advance with no penalty. Within 48 hours, 1 nights room & tax will be charged. Different restrictions may apply based on reservation terms.
What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
21 years old with valid government issued Identification.
What age do kids stay for free?
Children age 12 and under stay free when sharing a room with parents or guardians.
Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Yes, a valid government issued photo ID is required at check in.
I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
If you made a reservation using a third-party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.
Do you have connecting rooms?
We do offer connecting rooms based upon availability.
Do you have accessible rooms?

How do I get to the hotel?
From Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport follow the exit to US-1. Continue on US-1 North.
Take a right on SE 17th St to Sebastian Street.
Turn left on Sebastian St to Birch Rd.
Turn right onto Birch Rd to Riomar St.
Turn left onto Riomar.
Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale is on the corner of Birch and Riomar.
Do you offer free shuttle service from the airport?
We do not offer free shuttle from the airport.

Do you have onsite parking?
Valet parking is available for $47+ tax overnight with unlimited in/out privileges
